Stop masturbating ; stay fit.




You can read or listen all over the internet and via other people that masturbation is healthier. Most of the people just tell you to lie about it, and others do  not know about it. Here I am not going to tell you that
masturbation is healthier or not, and hereIam also going to tell you about harmful effects of masturbation and all the information is based on my personal knowledge and experience. I gain this knowledge by myself and by watching other known people's life. And I am not against masturbation but I am against of, how people wasting their energy and life via masturbation
just for one minute pleasure. And they do it again and again. And they do not know how much they are losing their health and energy. So I am going to tell you some harmful effects of masturbation,.                                                                   
1. Effect on body health - Actually semen takes 15 to 20 days(depend on person to person) to produce in the body and to produce the small amount of good  quality semen you need to eat the lot of healthier food, protein and minerals etc. If you do not ejaculate your semen through sexual activities, it gives strength to your body, makes your muscles and bones stronger.
If you continue to waste your semen just for fun and enjoy, several times in a week then makes your muscles and bones stronger.
If you continue to waste your semen just for fun and enjoy several times in a week then it will affect your health negatively.

2. Effects on bones - If you do extreme masturbation (4 to 5 times in a week) and continue this habit for along time like for six months then this will affect your bones. When a person tries to masturbatea lot in short amount of time them he or she started to lose some internal part of bone which includes phosphorus,carbon and other minerals which are extracted from bones. If you masturbate lot then you can feel that your knees and elbow joints start to make the sound of moving just like a very old person.                                                                                                                                                                                              3.Effect on your face - By watching a person's face you can tell that how much he masturbates or involve in sexual activities, And even you can tell which hand he uses a lot to
masturbate. Those who  masturbates a lot their cheeks started to shrink, narrow and go inside just opposite of chubby. Pimples are natural in young age but those who masturbate for them, pimples and acne create big problems. They increase in numbers and get bigger in size on the face. Make spots on face. By that face look ugly. Masturbation also makes asymmetric your face for example if a person masturbates lot from his right hand then his face will be narrow and  asymmetric from the right side.

4. Effects on your life- Those who masturbate lot they are not able to focus on their work and their social life. Person can't able to talk to others by making eye
contact because of lack of confidence. People those who masturbate the lot try to live lonely and cant able to live happily Students with this habit can't focus on study.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                              5.Effects on buttocks- By watching person butts you can tell how much he or she masturbates. By masturbating, buttocks gone inside, from the side part
and slowly you found that lot of part of buttocks and size of buttocks will be reduced or disappear. It takes months to years but he/she can feel that their butts do not look like their teenage. Butts are started to look like.

6. Effect on penis - Masturbation makes penis curvy because most of the people mostly masturbate by their one favorite hand and that's particular hand's finger grip make his penis curvy from that particular side I hope you understand what I am trying to say here. And most of the people do not use lubricant during masturbation which also does harmful effect on a penis. Actually, we have a penis for vagina and nature already provide a lot of glands inside wall of the vagina. Masturbation also makes the vagina, loose in
females. In females, more they masturbate more they started loose tightness of every body part. Those females who do not work out or not do physical exercise but do masturbation did not gain weight.

7. Effect on your sports and physical activities-                                                coch national teams like boxing, gymnastics. runner teams, give advice to their players, not to masturbate or sex, a month before their competitions and championships. Because they know
masturbation will reduce their lot of energy and stamina. After masturbation, you feel like lack of energy and feel like you need a long sleep.

Effects on clothes, walls, bedsheets, pillow, your presence in home -                                                                    If person masturbate lot then whenever he/she see any little amount of sexual thing or activity like cleavage, girls in bikini, kiss or blah blah in movies then he just started leaking little amount of seamen through his penis because his mind is highly addicted to this kind of things. By masturbation sometimes you make dirty your clothes, wall, bedsheets and seamen stain sometimes not be able to wash easily and sometimes make you embarrassed in And sometimes your parents feel bad for you when you keep yourself locked yourself in room whole day. Actually, they know everything by seeing your face and daily habits and they are waiting for caught you in action someday.

If you do not masturbate for one year then I am sure that you will feel like superman or superwomen and feel like you can capable to do anything this world. Do not masturbate for one year and in future when you will compare, your picture of now and after one year with this without masturbation schedule then you will
feel these changes after one year you will healthier, more symmetrical shiny and glorious face, more fat but not at belly or stomach, look fit, more happy, more focused, more successful in life. So please change your habits and lifestyle from today.
